Extra Care Shift Leader (Part-Time) – Senior Care

Bath and North East Somerset Council is seeking an Extra Care Shift Leader to be based in Greenacres Court on a part-time basis. This permanent role is 24.5 hours per week with a rota of early shifts starting at 7:30 and late finishes at 22:15, plus every other weekend and some bank holidays with enhanced pay.

The post requires previous comprehensive experience supervising a care team, excellent communication and empathy, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
