EYFS Educator – Nurturing Early Years Lead (Term-Time)

Ardingly College is seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Educator to join our Nursery team in Haywards Heath. You will help create magical learning experiences for children aged 2–5 in a warm, supportive setting.

This role offers 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, across 42 weeks per year (term-time plus holiday cover). A Level 3 Early Years Education and Care qualification is required, with excellent communication with families and colleagues encouraged.
