About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Cleaning Manager to oversee the cleaning and maintenance operations for multiple sites in and around Sheffield . This hybrid role requires a proactive individual capable of managing both on-site teams and remote administrative duties, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all facilities. You will be responsible for staff management, resource allocation, budget oversight, and the implementation of effective cleaning strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning programs and protocols for all managed facilities.
• Manage, train, and motivate cleaning staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments to ensure optimal cleanliness.
• Manage cleaning budgets, including procurement of supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
