About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous Facilities Cleaning Technician to support their operations in Cardiff . You will be responsible for a range of cleaning duties across different areas of the premises, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine cleaning of office spaces, meeting rooms, and communal areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of kitchenettes and washrooms, including restocking supplies.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests or spills that arise during working hours.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly stored, maintained, and cleaned after use.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks or report larger issues to the facilities manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is beneficial.

• Physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including standing, bending, and light lifting.
