Facilities Service Manager (Ref 2026-141)

Location: 2 Adelaide Street, Belfast, BT2 8PB

The Facilities Services Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of all facility services within the Housing Executive's office estate, including (but not limited to) soft facilities such as cleaning, security, waste management, H&S compliance.

To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive Facilities and Accommodation service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values.

The current salary for this post is £37,280-£42,839 per annum. We also have an excellent defined benefit pension scheme.
