Family Support Coordinator

A rare opportunity has arisen to join Home-Start Reading , a local family
support charity. You will work closely with our other Family Support
Coordinator and have the opportunity to be directly involved with
families and volunteers. It is a busy and challenging yet rewarding role,
requiring strong interpersonal and organisational skills and experience
of working with families and/or the early years.

We are looking for someone who

-is passionate about supporting local families
-has experience of working with families and/or young children
-has experience of volunteering and/or working with volunteers
-has an understanding of the challenges families face in a
sensitive, non-judgemental and inclusive way
will work positively, and flexibiliy in a small and busy team
