About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and supportive Family Support Worker to empower families and improve child welfare in Edinburgh . Key Responsibilities

• Undertake home visits and assessments to understand family needs and dynamics.
• Develop and implement family support plans in collaboration with family members and relevant professionals.

• Act as a key point of contact and advocate for families, liaising with schools, health services, and other agencies.

Requirements
