About the Role

Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Farm Hand / Agricultural Worker to join their busy farm in the Bradford area. This is a crucial support role, assisting with a variety of day-to-day tasks essential for the smooth running of the farm. You will be involved in crop cultivation, livestock care, general maintenance, and operating farm machinery under supervision. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for agriculture, looking to gain experience and contribute to the success of a productive farm operation in West Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to farm schedules.
• Support livestock care, including feeding, watering, and basic health monitoring.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform general farm maintenance tasks, such as fencing, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Load and unload materials, crops, and supplies as required.
• Follow instructions from farm management and work collaboratively with the team to achieve farm objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience working on a farm or in a similar agricultural setting is preferred but not essential.
