About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Hand to join their agricultural team in Portsmouth. This is a hands-on role involving a variety of essential tasks to support the daily operations of the farm. You will assist with crop cultivation, livestock care, general maintenance, and ensuring the farm runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to established schedules.
• Perform routine tasks related to livestock care, including feeding, watering, and mucking out.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment under supervision.
• Carry out general farm maintenance, such as fence repair and site tidiness.
• Follow instructions accurately and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and farm policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in general labor or agricultural work is advantageous but not essential.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions.
