About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee the operations of their thriving organic produce farm located near Manchester . You will be responsible for managing all aspects of farm production, from crop planning and soil management to team leadership and harvest logistics. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual crop plans, considering crop rotation, soil health, and market demand for organic produce.
• Supervise and train farm staff, ensuring adherence to organic farming standards and best practices.
• Manage irrigation, pest control, and fertilization using approved organic methods.
• Oversee harvesting, grading, packing, and preparation of produce for market and distribution.
• Maintain farm equipment, infrastructure, and records related to production, inventory, and compliance.

Requirements
