Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic farm plans to optimize crop yields and livestock health.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of farm staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Manage farm budgets, including expenditure on seeds, fertilizers, feed, equipment, and labour.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of farm machinery and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant agricultural regulations, environmental policies, and health and safety standards.
• Monitor market trends and agricultural innovations to improve farm productivity and profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in farm management or a senior agricultural role.
• A degree or HND in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of crop science, soil management, and animal husbandry.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in farm management software and data analysis.
