Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of crop cultivation, including planning, planting, pest control, and harvesting.
• Oversee livestock health, feeding regimes, and breeding programs where applicable.
• Supervise and schedule farm staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Manage farm equipment, machinery, and infrastructure, including maintenance and repair.
• Implement and monitor sustainable farming practices to enhance soil health and environmental stewardship.
• Maintain accurate farm records, including financial, production, and inventory data.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management or a similar senior agricultural role.
• Strong understanding of crop science, soil management, and livestock husbandry.
• Experience with farm machinery operation and maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of agricultural regulations and compliance requirements.
