Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of crop cultivation, including planning, planting, pest control, and harvesting.

- Supervise and schedule farm staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Manage farm equipment, machinery, and infrastructure, including maintenance and repair.

- Maintain accurate farm records, including financial, production, and inventory data.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management or a similar senior agricultural role.
- Strong understanding of crop science, soil management, and livestock husbandry.
- Experience with farm machinery operation and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of agricultural regulations and compliance requirements.
