About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Farm Operations Supervisor to manage the daily operations of a busy farm in Liverpool . This role requires a hands-on approach to overseeing crop cultivation, equipment maintenance, and staff supervision. You will play a key part in ensuring that all farming activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with the farm's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in agriculture and strong leadership skills, ready to take on the responsibility of directing a team and ensuring the smooth running of all farm processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for farm workers involved in planting, harvesting, and maintenance.
• Ensure all farm machinery and equipment are operated safely and maintained in good working order.
• Monitor crop health and progress, implementing necessary treatments or adjustments.
• Assist in managing inventory of supplies, seeds, fertilizers, and feed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on the farm.
• Provide guidance and training to farm staff to improve performance and efficiency.

Requirements
