About the Role

Our client is looking for a hands-on and organized Farm Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities on their agricultural property near Liverpool . This role is essential for ensuring that all farming operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with established protocols. You will lead a team of farm workers, manage equipment usage, and implement agricultural plans to achieve optimal crop and livestock outcomes. The ideal candidate is a practical leader with a strong work ethic and a comprehensive understanding of farm management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of farm laborers, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of farm machinery and equipment.
• Implement planting, cultivation, and harvesting schedules for crops.
• Monitor livestock health and feeding, coordinating with veterinary services as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and farm policies by all staff.

Requirements
