19 YEARS OF SUCCESS. OUR NEXT CHAPTER IS ABOUT GROWTH.

Pioneer Selection is an established specialist recruitment business with 19 years of experience across the engineering, technical, automotive and motorsport sectors.

We've built our success through strong client relationships, specialist market knowledge and a commitment to delivering results.

Now, with a clear five-year growth strategy, we're investing in how we develop our business and strengthen our partnerships.

And we're looking for ambitious, commercially minded people who want to be at the forefront of that growth.

Not Your Typical Recruitment Role.

Do you thrive on face-to-face interaction?

Love developing relationships, spotting opportunities and winning business?

Want a role where you're out meeting clients, influencing decisions and making a genuine commercial impact?

Then this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

Because Great Business Is Built Face To Face.

In the specialist markets we operate in, face-to-face engagement isn't just a nice-to-have. It's essential to understanding our clients, building trust and developing successful, long-term partnerships.

We believe the strongest relationships are built by getting out into the market, visiting client sites, understanding their operations first-hand and having meaningful conversations with the people making hiring decisions.

As our industry becomes increasingly reliant on technology and remote communication, we recognise the commercial value of genuine, in-person relationships.

That's why face-to-face client engagement is a key part of Pioneer's five-year growth strategy, and why we're investing in expanding our Field team.

We're looking for people who share that belief. People who enjoy being out in the market, building relationships, identifying opportunities and becoming trusted partners to their clients.

This isn't a traditional desk-based recruitment role.

It's an opportunity to be the face of Pioneer Selection, strengthen our presence in the market and directly influence our future growth.

The Role

Working closely with our established recruitment teams, you'll be responsible for developing and growing client relationships across multiple sites.

You'll spend approximately four days per week visiting clients, with one day in the office collaborating, planning and developing growth strategies.

Your focus will be on:

• Building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new client sites.

• Conducting face-to-face client meetings and site visits.

• Understanding recruitment challenges and providing consultative solutions.

• Working alongside internal recruitment teams to convert opportunities into placements.

• Developing account growth plans and driving commercial performance.

• Becoming a trusted recruitment partner to your clients.

What Does This Opportunity Offer You?

🚀 Be Part of Our Growth Strategy: Play a direct role in delivering Pioneer's five-year vision and expanding our client partnerships.

📈 Career Progression: An opportunity to develop your commercial expertise, grow your portfolio and progress as our Field division expands.

Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for people with the confidence, commercial awareness and drive to build successful client partnerships.

• Enjoys winning business and developing relationships.

• Is confident influencing decision-makers.

• Takes ownership of targets and performance.

• Can manage their own diary and work independently.

• Is happy travelling regularly to client sites across the UK.
