Field Debt Recovery & Revenue Protection Lead

Derby City Council is seeking a Senior Debt Recovery and Revenue Protection Officer to work in Derby, combining debt recovery and Penalty Charge Notice enforcement. The role requires experience with customers, Excel, data analysis, and team supervision, with field-based duties across the city.

You’ll engage with the public in challenging situations, use data to inform decisions, and lead a small team while coordinating with Enforcement Agents to recover outstanding debt.
