While this role involves significant on-site installation work, you will be equipped with advanced remote tools and have direct access to remote technical experts for complex issues. You will be responsible for the physical installation, configuration, and initial testing of our equipment at client locations. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, enjoys problem-solving in dynamic environments, and can effectively utilize remote resources to ensure successful deployments, embodying our commitment to high-quality service and innovation. This position allows for extensive travel within the region while being supported by a robust remote infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations of equipment, ensuring adherence to detailed technical specifications and project plans.
• Configure and test installed systems, verifying functionality and performance against benchmarks.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered during the installation process, utilizing remote support when needed.
• Collaborate with remote technical support teams to escalate and address complex challenges effectively.
• Provide basic user training to clients on the operation of newly installed equipment.
• Maintain accurate logs of installation activities, including any challenges faced and solutions implemented.

Requirements

• Proven experience in equipment installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to read and understand technical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while travelling to various sites.
• Comfortable utilizing remote access and communication tools for support and collaboration.
