You will guide users through installation processes remotely, troubleshoot configuration issues, and provide ongoing technical assistance, leveraging technology to deliver exceptional support from your home office. Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the remote installation and setup of specialized software and hardware systems.
• Provide comprehensive remote technical support to resolve configuration, integration, and operational issues.
• Conduct remote diagnostic assessments to identify and rectify system malfunctions and performance bottlenecks.
• Develop and update technical documentation, installation guides, and support FAQs for remote users.

Requirements
