Our client is searching for a detail-oriented Field Installation Specialist to become part of their operational team in Liverpool . This position involves travelling to client sites to perform the physical installation, setup, and initial testing of various equipment and systems. You will be directly involved in bringing our solutions to life for our customers, requiring precision, reliability, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship. The role demands an individual who is comfortable working independently on-site, managing their time effectively, and ensuring a professional and satisfactory client experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical installations of equipment and systems according to project plans and technical specifications.
• Perform thorough testing and commissioning to ensure all components are functioning correctly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation-related problems or defects promptly.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations on client sites.
• Communicate effectively with clients to coordinate site access and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate records of completed installations and any encountered issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar installation or maintenance role, preferably field-based.
• Proficiency with a range of tools and equipment used in installation tasks.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong practical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Must possess a valid UK driving license and be able to travel regularly.
