About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic Field Installation Supervisor to oversee installation projects in and around Cambridge . This role combines hands-on technical work with supervisory responsibilities, and incorporates remote coordination elements for planning and reporting. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Working across Cambridgeshire , you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our clients, bridging the gap between on-site execution and remote project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of installation technicians on project sites.
• Plan and schedule installation activities, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Conduct site assessments and ensure adherence to installation protocols and safety regulations.
• Perform complex installations and provide technical expertise when required.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide remote support and guidance to field teams and manage project documentation.

Requirements

• Significant experience in technical installation, with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of installation techniques and relevant equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with remote monitoring and coordination tools is advantageous.
• A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel locally.
