Field Sales Representative

About the Role

Our client is actively recruiting a motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to cover the Portsmouth area. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage directly with customers face-to-face, build strong client relationships, and drive sales within a defined territory. You will be responsible for representing our client's brand and products with professionalism and enthusiasm, contributing directly to the company's sales targets and market expansion. We are seeking an individual who enjoys autonomy and thrives on achieving ambitious sales goals through direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular client visits to present products, build relationships, and close sales.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned geographical area.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical information to potential and existing customers.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent post-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and expenses using company CRM.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities and a persuasive selling style.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel within the Portsmouth region.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
