About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and proactive Field Sales Representative to cover the Sunderland and surrounding Tyne and Wear areas. This exciting role involves meeting clients face-to-face, understanding their unique requirements, and presenting our client's cutting-edge solutions. You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and building strong relationships within your territory. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for achieving sales success through direct client engagement in the North East of England.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and secure meetings with potential clients within the assigned sales territory.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, meeting or exceeding territory sales targets.
• Provide detailed market feedback and competitor analysis to the sales management team.
• Manage your sales pipeline effectively using CRM software.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a field sales or external sales role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
• A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the Sunderland region.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage sales activities.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
