Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service a range of HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and client requirements.
• Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostic checks, and preventative repairs on installed systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring clear communication and high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used, updating company systems promptly.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or Field Service Engineer, with a strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and control logic.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in HVAC engineering or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing common HVAC faults in commercial and residential settings.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• A full, clean UK driving license is essential for travel between sites in the Aberdeen area and surrounding regions.
