Key Responsibilities

• Perform precise installation and commissioning of new equipment according to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance checks and servicing to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
• Diagnose and repair complex technical faults, providing timely and effective solutions in client-premises.
• Manage service schedules and inventory of spare parts effectively, ensuring readiness for service calls.
• Document all service activities, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and repair outcomes accurately.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, and ensure satisfaction with services rendered.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar technical role within installation and maintenance .
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems, with diagnostic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the London region and occasional site visits.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in engineering or a related field are highly desirable.
