Field Service Engineer – North West England

At Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) , we help protect patients and healthcare professionals worldwide. We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer , ideally based in the North West England , to deliver expert support for our advanced medical systems.

Territory: Northern England (M62 Corridor: Liverpool, Manchester, Preston, Leeds, Sheffield)

What You’ll Do

• Perform maintenance, installations, and system validations
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical and connectivity/network issues
• Manage your service territory and customer relationships
• Support integration of equipment within hospital IT environments

What You Bring

• Ideally experience working on low temperature sterilisation systems
• 3+ years’ experience in field service or technical engineering
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of networking (IP, connectivity, interfaces)
• Customer-focused approach and ability to work independently
