You will be the face of the company on-site, providing expert technical support, diagnostics, and repair services. Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of complex equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective repair solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Maintain detailed service records and report on work performed, parts used, and time spent.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve escalated issues and share knowledge.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company protocols during site visits.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to installation and maintenance .
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and reading technical schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel within the Aberdeen area and occasionally beyond.
