Field Service Engineers

HELLER UK is strengthening our Service team, and we’re looking for experienced Field Service Engineers to join us.

If you enjoy fault finding, working hands-on with CNC machine tools and supporting customers across the UK, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Service and maintain HELLER CNC machining centres
• Carry out repairs, including spindles, axes, tool changers and pallet systems
• Support machine installations, commissioning and upgrades
• Carry out machine geometry checks and adjustments
• Provide technical support to customers across the UK
• Work closely with our UK and international Service and Technical teams

What you bring:

• CNC machine tool service or maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical with electrical fault-finding skills
• CNC control experience – Siemens knowledge advantageous
• A practical, customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
