Location: Northamptonshire Salary: competitve plus benefits

We’re recruiting an Operations Finance Business Partner for an established FMCG business. This is an opportunity to work closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams, providing financial insight that helps improve performance, control costs and support growth.

You’ll partner with operational leaders, helping them understand the numbers, challenge costs and make informed commercial decisions.

The role

• Lead budgeting and forecasting across manufacturing and operations
• Analyse production costs, labour, material usage, waste and overheads
• Explain performance variances and work with managers on practical improvements
• Support stock reporting, costing and inventory management
• Assess capital investment proposals and monitor returns
• Deliver clear financial reporting and strengthen operational controls

About you

• CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified, or qualified by relevant experience
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing or a similar production environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing costs and operational performance
• Confident working with colleagues outside finance and challenging constructively
• Strong Excel skills, with experience using ERP systems
• A practical, commercial approach and the ability to turn analysis into action
