As part of this expansion, the business is looking to appoint Financial Advisers at multiple levels, from developing advisers through to experienced Senior Financial Advisers. This is an unusual opportunity combining a highly competitive employed package, established clients to service, dedicated technical support and a genuine longer-term route towards building your own client portfolio and moving into a self-employed advisory model with highly attractive commission and revenue splits. Importantly, candidates do not need to bring an existing client bank.

Advising across investments, pensions, retirement, drawdown, estate and inheritance planning. Developing long-term relationships with clients and identifying additional planning opportunities. Working alongside dedicated Paraplanning and Administration support. Onboarding new clients and assets. Developing referrals and new client relationships as your career progresses. Using modern financial planning and cashflow technology. Maintaining excellent standards of suitability, compliance and client service.
