Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and safeguard assets.
• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic financial guidance to leadership.
• Conduct financial analysis, identifying key performance indicators and providing insights to drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 7 years of progressive financial management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in financial control, accounting operations, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with financial software systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
