This senior role is responsible for financial planning, risk management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving financial performance to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Oversee risk management, internal controls, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance leadership role.
• Expertise in financial reporting standards (IFRS/UK GAAP) and corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and business intelligence tools.
