Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the accounting function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and risk management policies.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance management role.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Proficiency with financial management software and advanced analytical tools.
