About the Role

This senior role is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning, risk management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the accounting function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow, financial planning, and analysis (FP&A).
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and risk management policies.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance management role.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Proficiency with financial management software and advanced analytical tools.
• Excellent communication and remote team management skills.
