About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join their team in Norwich . Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Analyse financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key trends and variances.
• Prepare insightful management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support business unit leaders in developing financial plans and understanding financial drivers.
• Assist in the preparation of board materials and ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis role or a related finance position.
• Strong financial modelling, data analysis , and quantitative skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
