Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join their fully remote finance team. This role is pivotal in supporting strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will work closely with various business units to provide financial insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Analyse financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and variances.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and modelling support.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs and provide support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within FP&A activities and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
