Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced FP&A Manager to lead their financial planning and analysis functions remotely, with potential connections to their operations in Norwich . Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and decision support.
• Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, variances, and opportunities, and communicate insights to senior management.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership and the board of directors.
• Partner with department heads to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions, and support their financial objectives.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proven experience in leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency with BI tools and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
