Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead their FP&A function, operating entirely remotely. This senior role will be responsible for driving the financial planning process, providing critical analysis to support strategic initiatives, and developing robust forecasting models. You will work closely with executive leadership to translate business objectives into financial plans and identify key performance drivers. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and the board.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant experience in FP&A or a related financial management role.
• Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
• Expertise in financial modelling, data analysis, and presenting complex financial information.
• Strong understanding of business operations and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
