About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead their FP&A function, operating in a fully remote capacity. This senior role is responsible for driving financial strategy, performance management, and robust forecasting processes across the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership to provide critical insights, develop financial models, and support key business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the entire organization.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for the executive team.
• Analyse financial performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or MBA with a strong finance focus.
• Significant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis , preferably in a managerial role.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial software, and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a remote work setting.
