Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their high-performing team, operating entirely remotely. This role is key to driving financial insight and strategic direction across the organization. You will lead the FP&A function, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis. Collaborating virtually with various departments and senior leadership, you will provide critical data-driven recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
• Develop robust financial models to analyze business performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and support their strategic objectives.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Strong command of financial principles and business acumen.
• Proficiency with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in remote collaboration.
