We're working with an established and growing fire and security company that's looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join its team, covering Liverpool and the surrounding areas. This is a service and maintenance-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys fault-finding, solving technical problems and working independently. With a basic salary of up to £40,000, overtime paid at time-and-a-half and potential earnings of £50,000+, there's a great opportunity to increase your income. You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding across a range of fire and security systems, including: * Fire alarms – servicing, testing, maintenance and fault-finding * CCTV & IP CCTV – diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs * Access control – servicing and troubleshooting * Intruder alarms – maintenance, fault-finding and repairs You'll be working across commercial, industrial and retail sites, predominantly in Liverpool and the surrounding areas. This is a varied role where you'll have the opportunity to use your technical knowledge, manage your own workload and work with a supportive team. What are we looking for? * Minimum 3 years' experience in the fire and security industry * Strong servicing and fault-finding experience on fire alarm systems * Good working knowledge of CCTV, access control and intruder alarms * Ability to diagnose faults and resolve issues independently * Good communication and customer-facing skills * Full UK manual driving licence Why consider this opportunity?
