First AI RevOps Lead — Hybrid, High-Impact Growth

32Co is hiring its first AI RevOps Manager to own systems, data and AI infrastructure powering the revenue engine across 32Co, Aerox and future verticals. You’ll lead the RevOps stack, including HubSpot, BigQuery, Metabase, Attention, Aircall and Claude, and craft AI-driven insights for the commercial team.

You will report to the VP Finance and collaborate with the VP Commercial, embedding with the wider executive team to shape scale and impact.
