RevOps Director: AI-Powered Revenue Growth

BisonRS, a partner for high-growth companies in payments and fintech, seeks a Director of Revenue Operations to build and scale the organization’s RevOps function from the ground up. You will own data, tooling, processes, and analytics across Sales, AM, Partnerships and Marketing.

You’ll architect the AI-enabled revenue stack, implement ROI-driven tooling, and lead a team to deliver predictable, model-driven forecasts aligned with GTM strategy.
