Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer

About the Role

Our client, a vibrant health and fitness centre in Leeds , is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer . This hybrid role involves delivering engaging group fitness classes and providing personalised training programmes to members, fostering a motivating and supportive environment. You will be key in helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals, contributing to the club's reputation as a leading wellness hub in the Leeds area. This position offers a blend of structured class delivery and flexible personal training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and design tailored workout plans for individual clients.
• Deliver a variety of high-energy group fitness classes (e.g., HIIT, Spin, Yoga).
• Provide guidance and motivation to gym floor members, ensuring safe and effective exercise techniques.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through exceptional service and results.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research to enhance service offerings.
• Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to attract new members and clients.

Requirements

• Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training (e.g., CYQ, VTCT).
• Current First Aid certification.
• Demonstrable experience in delivering both group fitness and one-to-one personal training.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
