About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and certified Head Personal Trainer to lead their fitness and personal training department in Leeds . This key role involves managing a team of personal trainers, developing personalized fitness programs for clients, and driving membership engagement within the fitness suite. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of client care, promoting a positive and results-oriented training environment, and contributing to the overall success of the health club. The ideal candidate is a fitness industry leader with a passion for helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of personal trainers, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver bespoke personal training programs tailored to individual client needs and goals.
- Conduct fitness assessments, consultations, and progress tracking for clients.
- Promote personal training services and contribute to membership sales and retention initiatives.
- Ensure all fitness equipment is well-maintained, safe, and utilized effectively.
- Stay current with fitness industry trends and best practices, implementing new techniques and programs as appropriate.
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., REPs Level 3 or equivalent).
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in personal training, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving client results and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition.
