Flexible Cover Supervisor: Lead KS3–KS4 Classes

Aspire People is seeking confident Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Birmingham and Solihull. You will supervise KS3/KS4 classes, deliver work set by teachers, and maintain classroom behaviour. QTS not required; graduates, TAs, sports coaches, and those with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Roles range from single days to regular full-time or longer-term positions with weekly pay and flexible scheduling around your availability.
