Flexible Cover Supervisor – Secondary Education Merthyr

Vetro Recruitment is seeking Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Merthyr Tydfil and across South Wales. You will supervise pupils in Years 7–11, help manage classes, and support teachers with a calm, structured approach to learning.

This role offers flexible, ad hoc and long-term placements, with training and ongoing guidance from an education-led consultant. A genuine interest in working with children, readiness to develop skills, and a team-oriented attitude are important.
