Flexible Senior Care Lead for Elder Care Team

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant for a casual, part-time position at one of our care homes. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, while supporting the clinical team in areas like medication, assessments, care plans and care reviews.

The role requires an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
