Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate flight schedules, considering weather, crew availability, and aircraft status.
• Monitor flight progress in real-time, making necessary adjustments to ensure timely operations.
• Prepare and disseminate flight plans, NOTAMs (Notices to Airmen), and operational information.
• Liaise with flight crews , maintenance, and dispatch to resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Manage communication channels during irregular operations and emergency situations.

Requirements

• Experience in flight operations, dispatch, or a similar aviation role.
• Thorough understanding of flight planning principles, meteorology, and air navigation.
• Proficiency in using flight operations software and systems.
