Salary: £30,000 per annum
Location: Lincoln (Centre Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Momentum Training is seeking a qualified RTITB Accredited Forklift Truck Instructor to join our Lincoln training centre.
This is an exciting opportunity to help unemployed adults gain industry-recognised forklift qualifications and progress into rewarding careers within warehousing and logistics.
What You'll Be Doing
*
Deliver RTITB accredited Counterbalance and Reach Truck training.
*
Deliver practical and classroom-based learning sessions.
*
Assess learners against RTITB standards.
*
Complete learner records and assessment documentation.
*
Maintain safe training environments and equipment.
*
Support learners from enrolment through to qualification.
*
Work alongside the wider training team.
*
Ensure compliance with funding and quality requirements.
*
Encourage learner confidence and employability.
*
Contribute to positive learner outcomes and progression.
What We're Looking For
*
Valid RTITB Forklift Instructor accreditation.
*
Previous experience delivering FLT training.
*
Excellent knowledge of warehouse health and safety.
*
Strong communication and organisational skills.
*
Positive, learner-focused approach.
*
Teaching qualification desirable.
*
Ability to work effectively within a supportive team.
