FLT Reach Truck Driver - Stoke-on-Trent
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Reach Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Stoke-on-Trent .

This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as an FLT Driver, Reach Truck Driver, or FLT Operator , ideally with a D2 licence, as this warehouse operates a double deep racking system.
Rates of Pay:
- £13.60 per hour
- Night Shift: £15.64 per hour between 10:00pm and 7:00am (shifts start between 5:00pm and 6:00pm)
Shift Pattern:
- Any 5 days out of 7
- Day and night shifts available
- Shifts up to 12 hours

Day-to-Day Duties:
Your duties as an FLT Reach Truck Driver are:
- Driving and operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading goods throughout the warehouse
- Receiving goods into the warehouse
- Checking incoming and outgoing stock for quantity and visual quality
- Organising stock ready for deliveries
- Moving stock around the warehouse as required
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
- Supporting general warehouse duties where required
Essential Skills:
To be successful as an FLT Reach Truck Driver , you will need:
- A valid Reach Truck licence accredited by RTITB or ITSSAR (in-house licences will be considered for the right candidates)
- Previous experience operating Reach Truck D1 or D2
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good spatial awareness
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and reliability
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Previous experience within a warehouse environment
Training:
- FLT assessment required prior to start
- Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
