About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary Food & Beverage Director to lead the culinary and beverage operations for their prominent establishment in Milton Keynes . This role demands a strategic leader with a passion for gastronomy, exceptional operational management skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences. You will be responsible for the entire F&B department, from menu development and quality control to financial performance and staff development, ensuring the highest standards of service and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service.
• Develop and execute innovative menus, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
• Manage departmental budgets, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional service and quality.
• Source high-quality ingredients and manage supplier relationships effectively.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior Food & Beverage management role, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in financial management and cost control within the F&B sector.
• In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, wine, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
